Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. We work hard to ship quickly, provide clear tracking, and make sure your package arrives safely.

Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.  Sorry, we cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.

1) Order Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches/restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order includes made-to-order or limited-run items, the product page (or your order confirmation) will note the expected handling time.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping speed depends on the carrier option selected at checkout and your location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order ships.

Please note:

  • Processing time (when we pack and ship) is separate from transit time (carrier delivery time).

  • Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak season, or other disruptions.

3) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. Carrier package scans may be delayed but rest assured that your order is in transit.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size/weight and destination.

5) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an address issue, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

  • If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

6) Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong/incomplete address, refused delivery, unclaimed package, etc.):

  • We can reship it (additional shipping to be paid by buyer), or

  • We can refund the item price minus shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees (if applicable).

7) Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help.

As a general guideline:

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) after shipment, we’ll initiate a carrier inquiry.

  • We may require confirmation of your shipping address before issuing a replacement or other resolution.

8) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of:

    • The outside of the package

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged item(s)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, parts shipment, or another solution depending on the situation.

9) International Shipping (If Offered)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges determined by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
