Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we ship and we’re here to help. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us by email before attempting a return so we can assist with troubleshooting and next steps.
1) Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
2) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:

Items must be returned in good, resellable condition.

Items must be returned with all included components and accessories (as originally shipped).

Items must not be modified, altered, repaired, flashed, reflashed, soldered, disassembled, physically damaged, or otherwise tampered with by the buyer.
Because these are electronic devices, modified or altered devices are not eligible for a refund.
3) Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized before being shipped back to us.

Please contact us to request a return, or submit a return request through your customer profile (if available).

Returns shipped without authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for returning unauthorized packages to you.
4) Refunds
If your return is approved and received in eligible condition:

You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s) to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after inspection. Please allow standard processing time for your payment provider to post the credit.
5) Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), the buyer is responsible for:

Return shipping costs

Proper packaging to prevent damage in transit

Using a trackable shipping method
6) Items We Do Not Support or Accept
We can only support and accept returns for products purchased directly from us.

We do not provide support, refunds, or exchanges for devices we did not sell.

If we receive boards/devices that were not manufactured by us or were not purchased from us, they may be rejected.

Any unauthorized third-party boards/devices sent to us may be discarded and no refund will be issued.
7) 3D Printed Parts
3D printed parts follow the same return requirements:

Must be returned within 30 days

Must be in resellable condition

Must be returned in full to qualify for a refund
8) No “Keep It” Refunds
All items must be returned to receive a refund.
We do not offer refunds where the customer keeps the product.
9) Final Notes
We’re a small team and we aim to be fair and helpful. That said, all refunds and return approvals are subject to inspection and approval based on the requirements above.
